Mobile Application Analytics Notice and Consent

This Notice explains how analytics data is collected and analyzed in the Olisora mobile application and allows you to make an informed choice about optional product analytics. It supplements the Privacy Policy. If this Notice and the Privacy Policy conflict with respect to optional mobile product analytics, this Notice applies to that processing.

The data controller and operator of Olisora is BIONIC PLUS LLC, tax identification number (TIN) 311 660 692 in the Republic of Uzbekistan, registered at Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirobod District, OQ UY MFY, Eskiotchopar Ko'chasi, Eski Otchopar Tor Ko'chasi, 3-UY ("BIONIC PLUS," "we," "us," or the "Operator").

2. Two levels of mobile analytics

Olisora uses two separate levels of mobile analytics:

1. Limited general measurement, which is part of operating and measuring the mobile product and does not depend on the optional consent described in this Notice; and
2. Optional product analytics, which is enabled only after you provide affirmative consent in the application.

Declining or withdrawing optional product analytics does not restrict access to Olisora's core functions. Limited general measurement will continue as described in Section 3, subject to applicable law and any controls required for your market.

3. Limited general measurement before and without optional consent

We use Google Analytics for Firebase, linked to Google Analytics 4 (Firebase/GA4), provided by Google LLC, and Mixpanel, provided by Mixpanel, Inc., to measure general adoption and operation of the application.

The information sent for this limited measurement is restricted to:

• application installation or first-open events;
• completion of registration, without the selected reproductive or parenting category;
• general application sessions or activity signals needed to calculate aggregate retention;
• application version, operating system, device type or model, language, screen characteristics, and general technical performance information; and
• pseudonymous application-instance, installation, or analytics identifiers generated by the relevant analytics provider, together with network information processed in the normal delivery of an analytics request, which may include an IP address and a country or region derived from it.

We do not intend to send the following information to Firebase/GA4 or Mixpanel:

• your Olisora account ID, internal user GUID, email address, nickname, full date of birth, or child identifiers;
• your life stage or category, including cycle tracking, planning a pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting;
• cycle, fertility, contraception, pregnancy, postpartum, symptom, wellbeing, checkup, child-tracker, or personal AI-report data;
• screen names, event names, event parameters, onboarding answers, campaign parameters, or user properties that state or are designed to reveal your life stage or health information; or
• the content you enter into trackers, forms, support communications, or personal reports.

We use limited general measurement to count installations and registrations, calculate aggregate retention, monitor general application operation, and evaluate overall product adoption. The general onboarding_completed event may be imported from Firebase/GA4 into Google Ads and used as a conversion signal to measure and optimize advertising campaigns. This event indicates that an installation completed Olisora's general onboarding, but it is sent without life stage, onboarding answers, health information, account ID, or event parameters designed to reveal them. We do not use Firebase/GA4 or Mixpanel data to create audiences, personalize or retarget advertising, or optimize advertising based on reproductive, health, or life-stage information. We do not sell this analytics data.

Provider-generated identifiers are pseudonymous technical identifiers and are not represented as anonymous data. Google and Mixpanel process limited general measurement data under their applicable contractual terms and privacy safeguards. Their infrastructure may process data outside your country of residence.

4. Optional product analytics in our Internal Analytics System

If you consent, Olisora will additionally collect product-usage information in an internal analytics system deployed as a self-hosted cloud solution administered and controlled by or for BIONIC PLUS (the "Internal Analytics System"). The system is operated on our side using self-hosted analytics software. Optional analytics event content is not intentionally sent to Google, Mixpanel, advertising platforms, or the software vendor's hosted analytics service.

Depending on the Olisora functions you use, optional product analytics may include:

• your selected life-stage category: cycle tracking, planning a pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting;
• feature and screen interactions;
• completion, abandonment, and sequence of product flows;
• use of trackers, reminders, checkups, subscriptions, and personal AI-report features, without the free-text content or report content itself;
• event timestamps, session information, application version, language, operating system, device characteristics, and general diagnostic properties; and
• short-lived technical device and session identifiers generated by the Internal Analytics System as described in Section 5.

Optional product analytics is used only to:

• understand how different categories of users use product functions;
• identify usability problems and incomplete product flows;
• evaluate feature adoption, engagement, retention, and product quality;
• prioritize and assess product improvements; and
• maintain the reliability and security of the analytics service.

Optional product analytics will not be used to make medical decisions about you, determine eligibility for insurance, employment, credit, housing, or similar opportunities, or create or optimize advertising based on your health, reproductive status, or life stage. We do not sell optional product analytics data.

5. No account login or stable user identifier in the Internal Analytics System

Olisora does not log you in to the Internal Analytics System and does not identify your optional analytics activity as a specific Olisora account. In particular, the application does not:

• call a login or user-identification function in the Internal Analytics System;
• send your Olisora account ID, internal user GUID, email address, nickname, full date of birth, or child identifier as a profile identifier or event property;
• generate or send a separate stable analytics identifier for the Internal Analytics System; or
• maintain a mapping between your Olisora account and an Internal Analytics System profile.

The Internal Analytics System may generate short-lived technical device, profile, and session identifiers to group permitted events within a limited period. These identifiers are created from technical request information that may include the IP address, User-Agent, project identifier, and a rotating secret. Under our intended configuration, the technical device identifier rotates at least daily and is not designed to connect the same person across devices or to an Olisora account.

The status, time, and version of your consent may be stored against your Olisora account in BIONIC PLUS systems, but this consent record is not sent to the Internal Analytics System and does not contain its generated technical identifier.

Because optional analytics events may still include a short-lived technical identifier and your life-stage category, optional analytics data is pseudonymous and potentially sensitive during its limited retention period. It is not described as anonymous data.

6. What your consent means

By selecting “Allow optional analytics” or an equivalent affirmative control in Olisora, you consent to BIONIC PLUS:

• collecting the optional product-usage and life-stage information described in Section 4;
• processing that information with short-lived technical device and session identifiers as described in Section 5;
• analyzing the information in our Internal Analytics System for the purposes described in Section 4; and
• retaining and otherwise processing it as described in this Notice.

Your consent applies only to optional product analytics. It is separate from consent for personal AI reports, marketing communications, website cookies, or any other optional processing.

Consent is voluntary. Choosing “Do not allow” or closing the consent request without accepting means that optional product analytics must remain disabled.

7. When collection begins

Before consent, Olisora must not send optional product analytics or your life stage to the Internal Analytics System. The application must not initialize or release queued optional collection before it records your affirmative choice.

We record the status, time, and version of your consent so that we can honor and demonstrate your choice. This consent record is stored in systems controlled by BIONIC PLUS and is not an optional product-usage event.

8. Retention

Raw optional analytics events, associated pseudonymous profiles, and sessions are retained in the Internal Analytics System for no longer than 90 days from collection and are then automatically deleted or irreversibly aggregated. Pending analytics queues are retained only for the short period technically necessary to transmit permitted events and are cleared when consent is withdrawn.

Irreversibly aggregated statistics that no longer contain device, profile, or session identifiers and cannot reasonably be used to single you out may be retained for longer to compare overall product performance over time.

Backups containing optional analytics data are isolated from ordinary use and expire or are overwritten under our backup-retention schedule. They are not restored for the purpose of resuming analytics about a user who has withdrawn consent.

Firebase/GA4 and Mixpanel have separate retention settings for the limited general measurement described in Section 3, as further explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. How to withdraw consent

You may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time in the application's privacy or analytics settings or by contacting support@babytips.me. Withdrawal does not affect your access to Olisora's core functions. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; a request to delete data is a separate request described in Section 10.

When you withdraw consent, Olisora will:

• immediately block the collection and transmission of new optional analytics events;
• stop automatic optional tracking;
• clear pending and offline optional analytics event queues on the device;
• clear the local optional analytics profile, device, session, and analytics state; and
• prevent buffered events from being released after withdrawal or a later application restart.

Previously collected raw events may remain in the Internal Analytics System until they expire under the 90-day retention period. Because no Olisora account identifier or account-to-analytics mapping is used, these events are not intended to be retrievable or associated with your Olisora account. Irreversibly aggregated statistics may remain.

If you later consent again, optional collection begins with new local analytics state and is not intentionally reconnected to a former optional analytics profile.

Withdrawal applies only to the optional analytics described in this Notice. Limited general measurement under Section 3 continues after withdrawal, subject to applicable law.

10. Account deletion and privacy requests

If you delete your Olisora account, optional collection stops and local optional analytics state and pending queues are cleared. Optional analytics events do not contain your Olisora account ID and are not mapped to your account; remaining raw optional analytics events expire under the retention schedule in Section 8. Information that has been irreversibly aggregated may remain.

You may submit a separate request to delete personal data by emailing support@babytips.me. Please state that you are making a data-deletion request and identify the Olisora account concerned. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the account before acting on the request. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to request access, correction, restriction, objection, or information about the processing of personal data.

Because we do not send an account identifier to the Internal Analytics System or retain an account-to-analytics mapping, we may not be able to identify a particular person's historical optional analytics events in response to an account-based request. We will not collect additional identifying information solely to re-identify such events. Where events can reasonably be located and applicable law requires earlier deletion, we will take reasonable technical measures to delete or irreversibly de-identify them. Events that cannot reasonably be linked to the verified requester remain subject to the 90-day automatic retention limit.

11. Service providers, hosting, and international processing

Our Internal Analytics System is deployed as a self-hosted cloud solution administered by or for BIONIC PLUS. It may run on infrastructure supplied by hosting, storage, backup, security, or network service providers acting on our instructions. These providers may process encrypted or otherwise protected data solely to provide their contracted services and are not authorized by us to use optional analytics data for advertising or their own independent profiling.

Analytics data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and applicable law. Additional regional controls or consent requests may apply where local law requires them.

12. Security and data minimization

We use organizational and technical measures designed to restrict access, protect data in transit and at rest where appropriate, prevent account identifiers from entering the Internal Analytics System, limit collected event properties, control retention, and monitor the analytics environment. Access is limited to authorized personnel who require it for the documented analytics purposes.

No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If we discover an unauthorized acquisition or disclosure of identifiable health information, we will assess and provide notifications as required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice to reflect changes in analytics systems, data categories, purposes, retention, security measures, or applicable law.

We will request new consent before materially expanding optional analytics to include new sensitive data categories, materially different purposes, a new independent recipient, advertising use, or a longer raw-data retention period. The version effective when you consent will be recorded with your choice.
