This Notice explains Olisora's minimum age and how BIONIC PLUS LLC handles information about children. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Health Data Processing Notice and Consent.

Olisora is not available to anyone under 16 years of age. A person under 16 must not register, create an account, or use the service. We may request age information or another proportionate method of age assurance and may suspend or delete an account if we reasonably believe the user is under 16.

Users aged 16 or 17 may use Olisora only where they can lawfully agree to the service and the relevant data processing. Where local law requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian, the user must obtain it before using Olisora. A higher local minimum age continues to apply where required.

2. Child profiles entered by an eligible user

An eligible Olisora user may create a profile to track information about their child. The child is not the account holder and does not independently use that profile. The account holder must be the child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authority to provide and manage the information.

Depending on the functions used, a child profile may include a name or nickname, date of birth or age, sex where provided, height, weight, growth and development records, feeding or breastfeeding information, teeth, tracker entries, checkup answers, timestamps, and internal identifiers.

3. How child-profile information is used

We use child-profile information to provide the trackers, calculations, reminders, developmental information, synchronization, support, and other functions selected by the account holder. We apply data minimization and consider the child's best interests when deciding how this information is processed.

We do not sell child-profile information. We do not use it for behavioral advertising, advertising audiences, insurance, employment, credit, housing, or similar eligibility decisions. It is sent for a personal AI report only if the account holder separately consents and requests that function.

4. Sharing and international processing

Child-profile information may be processed by BIONIC PLUS and contracted hosting, database, storage, backup, security, and support providers acting on our instructions. International processing is protected as required by applicable law. Additional information for Brazil appears in the Brazil Privacy Notice.

5. Retention, archiving, and deletion

Child-profile information is retained while the account or child-related feature is active. Archiving a child profile hides or deactivates it but does not delete the underlying information. The account holder may use an available deletion control or contact us to request deletion. Data is then deleted or de-identified from active systems, subject to lawful retention exceptions and temporary protected backup copies.

6. Underage accounts

If we learn that a person under 16 has created or used an account, we will investigate and take proportionate action, which may include restricting access and deleting the account and associated personal data, unless retention is required by law or needed to protect the person. We may request information needed to verify age, identity, or parental authority.

7. Requests from users, parents, and guardians

To report an underage account or request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action concerning child-profile information, email support@babytips.me. Identify the account and explain your relationship to the child. We will request only the information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority.

8. Changes

We may update this Notice if the service, age-assurance measures, or applicable law changes. If a material change requires consent or authorization, we will request it before the changed processing begins.
