AI Personal Reports Data Processing Notice

This notice explains how personal and health information is used when you ask Olisora to generate a personal AI report. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

Consent to personal AI reports is optional and separate from acceptance of the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. If you do not consent, you can continue using other Olisora features, but Olisora will not generate a personal AI report for you.

The data controller and operator of Olisora is BIONIC PLUS LLC, tax identification number (TIN) 311 660 692 in the Republic of Uzbekistan, registered at Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirobod District, OQ UY MFY, Eskiotchopar Ko'chasi, Eski Otchopar Tor Ko'chasi, 3-UY (“BIONIC PLUS,” “we,” “us,” or “Operator”).

2. When AI Processing Occurs

We send information to an external AI provider only after you ask Olisora to generate a personal AI report and give separate affirmative consent to the disclosure described in this notice.

We do not send information for a personal AI report before your consent is recorded. We do not use the report request or its health information to create advertising audiences, personalize advertising, or optimize advertising campaigns.

3. Recipient and Processor

To generate the report, we disclose relevant information to OpenAI OpCo, LLC, 1455 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94158, United States (“OpenAI”), our external AI service provider and contractual data processor. OpenAI processes the information on our behalf to provide the requested output and maintain the safety and security of its API service.

Under the OpenAI Data Processing Addendum, OpenAI Ireland Ltd. processes personal data originating in the European Economic Area or Switzerland on behalf of OpenAI and subject to the safeguards described in that addendum. OpenAI may use affiliates and subprocessors for infrastructure, security, content delivery, and related services. Its current list is available at platform.openai.com/subprocessors.

4. Purpose of the Disclosure

We disclose information to OpenAI only to generate the report you requested, return it to Olisora for display in your account, and support API security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance under OpenAI's applicable service terms and data controls.

We do not authorize OpenAI to use API input or output to train or improve its models. BIONIC PLUS does not opt in to such training use for personal AI reports.

5. Information That May Be Disclosed

Only information relevant to the requested report should be included. Depending on the report and features you use, it may include:

• reproductive and lifecycle context, including planning pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting stage;
• cycle, menstruation, pregnancy timing, expected-birth, postpartum, and applicable checklist information;
• symptoms and wellbeing entries, including mood, stress, sleep, activity, weight, height, alcohol, nicotine, or sexual activity where relevant;
• contraception method, schedule, logged use, replacement timing, and a user-entered medication or method name where relevant;
• questions, answers, and user-entered text from relevant checkups;
• age-based child context, breastfeeding information, and relevant child-tracker summaries;
• derived ages, periods, counts, trends, and summaries; and
• requested language, report type, model configuration, request time, and necessary security or diagnostic metadata.

Not every report uses every category. A report about one selected child should not receive unrelated cycle, pregnancy, or other-child information.

6. Information We Do Not Intend to Disclose

The request is designed not to include your email address, nickname or profile name, internal account identifier or user GUID, full date of birth, a child's name or internal identifier, credentials, payment-card details, advertising identifiers, support correspondence, or unrelated information.

Where age or timing is needed, we aim to use a derived age, relative period, or limited date range instead of an unnecessary exact date or direct identifier.

7. Retention

In your Olisora account. The latest generated report is stored so you can return to it without generating the same report again. It remains until deletion of your account or associated data, or until you manually withdraw consent, whichever occurs first. Withdrawal stops new AI requests and deletes the latest report from active account systems. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups and are deleted or overwritten under the applicable backup cycle unless longer retention is required by law.

API load management. During a limited regeneration interval, Olisora may reuse the latest eligible report to manage capacity and avoid an unnecessary repeat transfer. This does not create a separate report history or change the account-retention period.

At OpenAI. Olisora sends OpenAI API requests with response storage disabled (store: false). Under OpenAI's standard API data controls, input and output may still be held in restricted abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless a different approved control applies. OpenAI may retain information longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect its services or third parties from harm.

8. International Processing

OpenAI and its subprocessors may process information outside your country, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. We use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law. If local law requires a different provider, localization, notice, or consent form, Olisora may provide a market-specific notice and request separate consent before transfer.

9. Your Choices and Withdrawal

You may decline personal AI reports without losing access to unrelated Olisora features. You may withdraw consent through available privacy or AI-report settings or by contacting support@babytips.me.

After withdrawal, Olisora will make no new personal AI report requests to OpenAI, cancel pending generation where technically possible, delete the latest stored report as described above, and keep unrelated features available. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal. If you later request another report, Olisora will ask you to consent again under the notice then in effect.

10. AI Report Limitations

Personal AI reports are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They provide informational and wellness support only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

Do not use an AI report to start, stop, or change medication or contraception, or to make decisions about symptoms, pregnancy complications, fertility, fetal health, or a child's health. Seek professional medical assistance for medical questions and contact local emergency services in an emergency.

11. Security and Data Minimization

We use organizational and technical measures intended to limit requests to relevant information, protect data in transit, restrict access, and avoid recording prompts or report content in ordinary application logs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Changes to This Notice

If we materially change the AI provider, purposes, health-information categories, retention conditions, or other material disclosure terms, we will show the updated notice and request new consent before sending information under the changed terms.
