This Notice explains how BIONIC PLUS LLC processes health, reproductive, pregnancy, postpartum, and child-related information in Olisora. It supplements the Privacy Policy. Privacy contact: support@babytips.me.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Olisora. By entering information about another person, including a child, you confirm that you are authorized to provide and manage that information. Do not enter information about another adult without their valid authorization.

2. Data covered by this Notice

Depending on the features you choose, the data may include:

• date of birth or age, height, weight, and general profile or life-stage information;
• menstrual-cycle dates, length and regularity, likely fertile periods, ovulation information, and reproductive-planning information;
• contraception method and medicine name, where entered;
• pregnancy dates, pregnancy week or outcome, symptoms, wellbeing, checkup answers, measurements, weight logs, and baby-movement records;
• postpartum, recovery, and breastfeeding information;
• a child profile, such as name or nickname, date of birth or age, sex where provided, height, weight, development, feeding, teeth, tracker entries, and related notes; and
• feature records, timestamps, internal pregnancy, child, calendar, or event identifiers needed to store and connect the selected functions.

Please enter only information needed for the feature you want to use. Olisora is not an emergency service or a substitute for a healthcare professional.

3. Purposes

We process this information to save and display your entries; operate cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, wellbeing, and child-development trackers; calculate dates, stages, trends, and reminders; personalize educational content and checkups; synchronize information across your authorized devices; provide support and protect the integrity of the service; and generate a personal AI report only under the separate AI notice and consent.

We do not sell health or child-related information and do not use it to determine eligibility for insurance, employment, credit, housing, or similar opportunities. We do not disclose it to Firebase/GA4 or Mixpanel for advertising audiences or advertising personalization.

4. Legal basis and consent

Health and reproductive information may be sensitive personal data. Where applicable law requires consent, BIONIC PLUS relies on your specific, informed, freely given, and affirmative consent for the purposes in Section 3. Accepting the general Privacy Policy alone is not this consent. Separate choices apply to optional product analytics and personal AI reports.

Consent statement: “I have read this Health Data Processing Notice. I expressly consent to BIONIC PLUS processing the health, reproductive, pregnancy, postpartum, and child-related information that I choose to enter in order to provide the Olisora trackers, calculations, reminders, personalization, synchronization, and related support described above.”

5. Recipients and processing locations

Relevant information may be processed by BIONIC PLUS and contracted hosting, database, storage, backup, security, and support providers acting on our instructions. It is disclosed to OpenAI only when you separately consent to and request a personal AI report. Optional sensitive analytics is governed by a separate Analytics Notice and consent.

Processing may occur outside your country. We use the safeguards required by applicable law. For people in Brazil, additional details appear in the Brazil Privacy Notice.

6. Retention

Account-linked health and child-profile information is kept while your account or the relevant feature is active. You may delete individual entries where the feature provides that control, delete relevant profiles, or request account deletion. Following deletion, information is deleted or de-identified from active systems, except for limited records that must be retained by law, for security, or for the establishment or defense of rights. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until overwritten under the applicable backup cycle.

AI reports and analytics have separate retention terms in their respective notices. A child profile marked as archived remains stored and is not treated as deleted until you use an available deletion control or submit a deletion request.

7. Withdrawal and consequences

You may withdraw this consent through an available privacy control or by emailing support@babytips.me. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it. Because the covered information is needed for the selected health and tracking functions, withdrawal may require us to disable those functions and delete or de-identify the associated data, subject to lawful retention exceptions. Account functions that do not require this information may remain available.

Withdrawal of this consent does not automatically withdraw the separate optional analytics or AI-report consent; each choice can be managed separately.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about recipients, withdrawal of consent, or review of relevant automated processing. Contact support@babytips.me. We may verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

9. Changes

If we materially change the purposes, sensitive-data categories, recipients, or retention described here, we will provide an updated notice and request new consent where required.
