Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid plans offered for the BabyTips platform by "BIONIC PLUS" LLC, abbreviated name of the legal entity: 311 660 692, registered address: Uzbekistan, Tashkent, MIROBOD DISTRICT, OQ UY MFY, ESKIOTCHOPAR KO'CHASI, ESKI OTCHOPAR TOR KO'CHASI, 3-UY ("we," "us," or "Platform Operator").

By purchasing or renewing a paid plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis and provide access to premium features of the BabyTips platform.

The exact feature set available under a paid plan may change over time as the product evolves.

2. Billing and Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the subscription period you choose.

If payment cannot be completed, access to premium features may be limited, suspended, or not renewed until payment is successfully processed.

3. Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized payment partners.

We do not store full payment card details when payment processing is handled by those providers. Their own billing and platform terms may also apply.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel subscription renewal at any time before the next renewal date through the payment channel used for purchase or through the account area where cancellation is made available.

If you purchased through Apple or Google, cancellation and subscription management may need to be completed within the relevant store account settings.

Deleting the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscription renewal if billing is handled by a third-party platform.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

If you cancel, your subscription generally remains active until the end of the paid period and then stops renewing.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may be subject to that provider's refund procedures.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices, plan structure, or included premium features from time to time.

Where required, we will provide notice before a price change applies to a future renewal.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may add, remove, replace, or modify premium features at any time for technical, legal, product, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that every premium feature will always be available on every device, operating system version, website version, or third-party platform.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate premium access where payment fails, fraud is suspected, chargebacks occur, or the account violates the Terms of Use.

If we permanently discontinue a subscription service for reasons within our control, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused paid period where appropriate.

9. Taxes and Currency

Displayed prices may not include local taxes, platform fees, currency conversion costs, or other charges applied by a payment provider or marketplace.

You are responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, app marketplace, or local tax authority where applicable.

10. Communications

We may send subscription-related notices, billing alerts, renewal reminders, policy updates, or service messages through the app, website, email, or other account contact channels.

These communications are considered part of the paid service relationship and are not the same as optional promotional marketing.
